Product Warranty/Service Information

Norcent Technology Inc.’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
Norcent warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Norcent Plasma TV or 27” LCD TV display will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year warranty. The start of the warranty period is the date of purchase. The warranty on the replacement device is the remainder of the warranty on the original device.

If the problem can not be fixed, we will dispatch a technical engineer to home for further diagnosis. If the technician discovers a defect, Norcent will, at its option, repair or replace the Plasma TV at no charge to the customer, provided it is during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear (such as the display quality degradation resulting from normal usage)
• Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
• Damage caused by the equipment or system with which the device is used (all household crisis such as fire, electric shock, or flood)
• Damage caused my modification or repair not made or authorized by Norcent Technology Inc.
• Device whose Norcent Technology Inc. Serial Number has been removed or defaced
• Damage caused by use of non-Norcent Technology Inc. packaging
• Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
• Devices that are determined to be stolen

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHEATHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED Norcent Technology Inc.
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITAION WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE ANDAGAINST INFRINGEMENT.

No Norcent Technology Inc. dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to warranty.

Norcent Technology Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITTED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH Norcent Technology Inc. products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights, and you also have other rights that vary from state to state.
