Limited Product Warranty / Service Information

 NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC.’s warranty obligations for Factory Refurbished merchandise are limited to the terms set forth below

Norcent warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Norcent Refurbished Product will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the (90) Day Warranty.  The start of the warranty period is the date of purchase, verified by a dated sales receipt and subject to the terms and conditions defined below.

For warranty service, contact Norcent Technology, Inc. at (909)305-2121 (In USA) to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number.    A copy of the purchase receipt bearing the appropriate Norcent Technology serial number will be required for warranty service.

·         During the 90 day warranty period, Norcent will, at its option, repair or replace the defective unit with a product of equal or better performance at no charge to the customer, provided it is returned during the warranty period, with one-way transportation charges prepaid, to Norcent Technology.

·         Replacement unit or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components 

·         All RMA returns must be properly packaged in their original package or Norcent Technology, Inc.’s approved packaging to obtain in-warranty service.  Norcent reserves the right to refuse products shipped in insufficient packaging or damaged condition.

·         This warranty is valid only for products purchased and used in the United States of America or Canada. 

·         These items are refurbished by the manufacturer and may contain minor scratches or blemishes. 

·         Norcent reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement authorization.   

The following conditions are Warranty Exclusions:

·         Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect

·         Damage caused by the equipment or system with which the device is used (all household crisis such as fire, electric shock, or flood)

·         Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by Norcent Technology, Inc

·         Device whose Norcent Technology, Inc. serial number has been removed or defaced

·         Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging

·         Devices that are determined to be stolen

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGMENT.

NO NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIN, EXTENSION OR ADDITION TO WARRANTY.

EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A FUNCTIONALLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY.  EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC SHALL NOT BE LIABEL FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CLAIMED TO ARISE FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION AND SCOPE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to youThis warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
