Limited Product Warranty/ Service Information
Digital Cameras
NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC.’s warranty obligations are limited to
the terms set forth below:
Norcent warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the
Norcent digital camera will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for the ONE year warranty.
The start of the warranty period is
the date of purchase, verified by a dated sales receipt. The
warranty on the replacement device is the
remainder of the warranty on the original device.
If the customer discovers a defect, Norcent Technology will, at
its option, replace or repair the device at no
charge to the customer, provided it is returned during the
warranty period, with transportation charges
prepaid, to NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. The device must be properly
packaged in Norcent
Technology, Inc.’s packaging or Norcent Technology, Inc.’s
approved packaging to obtain warranty
service.
For warranty service, contact Norcent Technology, Inc. at
(626)334-2927(In USA) to obtain a “Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number.?A copy of the purchasing
receipt bearing the appropriate
Norcent Technology serial number will be required for warranty
service or visit our website

for further information.
The following conditions are Warranty Exclusion:
1. Normal wear and tear (such as the battery quality degradation
resulting from normal usage)
2. Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
3. Damage caused by the equipment or system with which the
device is used (all household crisis
such as fire, electric shock, or flood)
4. Damage caused by modification or repair not made or
authorized by Norcent Technology, Inc.
5. Device whose Norcent Technology Inc. Serial Number has been
removed or defaced
6. Damage caused by use of non-Norcent Technology Inc. packaging
7. Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
8. Devices that are determined to be stolen
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND
IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED NORCENT
TECHNOLOGY,
INC. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
NO NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS
AUTHORIZED TO
MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION OR ADDITION TO WARRANTY.
NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY,
OR UNDER
ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITTED TO LOSS OF
DATA, LOSS
PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR
REPRODUCING ANY
PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH NORCENT TECHNOLOGY, INC.
PRODUCTS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or
exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitation or
exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you special legal rights, and you also have other
rights that vary from state to state.
